Role of the platform
Garden-Runner acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent gardening businesses. Garden-Runner facilitates matching, quoting and invoicing between customers and gardeners, but is not the provider of gardening services and does not set the prices charged by gardeners. Gardeners registering on the platform are required to provide a valid business/VAT registration; Garden-Runner does not independently verify gardeners' skills, background or insurance coverage.
